Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 3-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high quantity of orders, shipping may be delayed. Carrier responsibility: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused in their possession. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
